Just got my Juice plus upped to one cap, can we take this in the cap or have to take out, she upped it by email so could not ask.

I always opened mine when I was on it. Not sure what the caps are made of.

I open mine up and do not ingest the capsules. They taste pretty good so I just open them up and dump them in my mouth;) Like a juice plus "shot" -lol!

I always open mine as well. It really doesn't taste bad, and I love juice plus. I think it has really helped me heal, and move forward in the foods.
