Hi all:
I have been on list 2 since Monday after going a little cukoo on List 3. I have definitely been better but I seem to have one normal day where I am pain free, can go 3 or mor horus without peeing and feel almost as if I have a normal bladder. Then the next day, I have more frequency and discomfort. Yesterday was a good day and today after breakfast, I felt it again- the low grade pressure and bladder awareness. I analyzed what I had eaten and decided it was either summer squash-maybe not allowed since it looks like a pumpkin and not a zuchini?-or chamomile tea which is my only beverage. It is a bit difficult to figure out what is what.
So here is my question- Dr. B said I could add in a new ffod from List 3 either yogurt or blueberries after I have 5-7 days of stability. How do people define that? How do you know when you are ready to move on? I suspect that it means 5 days where the bladder feels totally normally as if it isn't there except full. thoughts?

I have always had a problem with Camomile tea, not sure why??? At my last appointment I asked about those kind of squash and Matia said they were fine and I am mostly on list 1.
