After 17 months I have been ok'd for list 3. Wondering if the starches in list 3 replace the grain serving for a meal??
Also - what do you combine the fruit with when eating?
Not sure about this new email situation. Are Lynn and Raquel answering our concerns now? Are they running it by Doctor Brizman. I did send an email - it was on the fence of being urgent - I did nott get a reply so I guess we will all be together on a run through of this new system. I am sure it will work out.

My understanding is that the emails are passed to Dr. B to answer if they are deemed urgent.
Dr. Brizman says to not eat fruit on an empty stomach. I eat blueberries, raspberries or pink grapefruite with my FAGE full-fat greek yogurt (almonds on top)-a favorite for breakfast! Lately sometimes I have half a pink grapefruit for dessert. I read somewhere to limit fruit to 2 servings a day (probably true for rest of life!) So 1/2 cup of berries and 1/2 a grapefruit for the day (maybe a whole grapefruit!) is my max. Grapefruit and avocado salad with a drizzle of oil and salt is nice. Green apples go well in salads!.
I am not a huge bean fan, so I will have a few beans in an omlette, white beans in a salad, or I will make beef/bean chili with black beans, paprika, onions, ground beef, tomato puree and garlic, dried marjaram or oregano (no chili or cumin) and have it with a sprouted wheat tortilla or quesadilla (Dr. B approved Alvarado Street Sprouted Wheat Tortillas-these are great if you can find them because they only have I think 3 ingredients...)
