Ok - am I correct that there are a lot of us, with bladders that give very little trouble, who start to have muscle and joint problems?  I was doing really well, my anxiety so much better, along with everyting else.  So, started Bifida again.  I've been so naseas today, back rib pain to either side, feel like my joints are hitting bone on bone - oh, and urethra starting to bug me.

Just needed to vent - I'm tired.

So sorry to hear you are not feeling well!
I am not that far into treatment, however, I have wondered why so many of us have these crossover ailments. Are they supposed to go away after treatment and the "heat"/inflammation has left our bodies?
Glad you vented! We all need space to do that:)

Bifidus has always bothered my bladder.  Probiotics in general seem to give me all sorts of fits.

When you say muscle pain, what do you experience? I am having hard time describing my muscle pain because there are so many things that take place: numbness, pain, joint pain, cold feeling, back pain, etc.

A good massage should promote relaxation, help with sore or tight muscles, stimulate healthy blood flow, and elimination of of toxins, and impart a feeling of general well being, as all mammals benefit from "strokes" and being touched.

My pain feels like burning pain....sometimes in feels like its in the muscles and sometimes it feels like its in the joints.  Certain times of the month it is much worse than others.  When I looked up my symptoms, it sounds like I have fibromyalgia.

Shelby, have you been diagnosed? I am waiting for a specialist app. I noticed when Matia increased ginseng and Vit D, the pain, which is much like yours, decreased for a while. It does seem worse on days when I have coffee and rice cakes. Don't know if there is connection. But.. yeah, I know what you are talking about burning pain in muscles and joints, sometimes numbing in the face and hands/feet.

Hi Blondy,  no I've never been diagnosed....I've lost my faith in medical doctors.  I don't want them poking and prodding me anymore.  Also I don't want to take any medications and that's what they'd be pushing.  I'm just going by what I read.  I think my pain has something to do with my hormones.  I just die when its that time of the month with the burning especially in my legs.  I've been taking vitamin d for at least a year but it doesnt seem to help with the pain....I've never taken ginsing.  I haven't noticed any increase in pain with food.
