I understand how you feel.  I've said that about my bladder.  It feels like somebody shoved a walnut up there.  Its just a constant pressure feeling.  I am always aware of it.  I always have a slight burn too.  And frequency.  Only very occassionally do I get any shoots of pain.  Thank goodness!
