Hi Friends:

This is really hard. Dr. B started my on Vit D July 2 and it was reall helping with my sleep and energy level. I was fine until Saturday which was the 6th day. Of course, she said to start with just a few drops, and as is my pattern, the amount I was taking crept up and up. So today it was 2/3 of a 1000 mg capsule. The burning today was really bad and Dr. b has told me to cut back down on the D by half. I also have a sore throat and wonder if my acid reflux is coming back since I have had major problems with portion control the last week. I feel like a mess right now: bloated and stinging and then I went on the site and fell into reading a post from someone who was "worse than ever" in 2010 after a long period of treatment and then disappeared off of the site. I said to myself, I cannot let myself go down this rabbit hole, it is too destructive so I am writing you all instead.

My questions are:

1) What do you do when you start to panic and think that you will never figure out what you did or what you ate that caused the burn; Start to think that it is not really true that people get better.

2) Have any experience to share re Vit D.
