I am confused about nuts...I see in  past posts that some of us are eating certain ones..... can't find any reference to them in the diet lists. Anyone know?

I would ask Matia, as it's individual ....  But my notes from previous ICAMA calls say that they're usually introduced mid-List 3.  Usually first almonds, then if ok pine nuts and cashews... walnuts are last.
But she advises each person b/c a particular nut for one person might be more of a problem than for another person.
(Yes, she should still add them onto the website diet list.)

I asked her about nuts and it seems to me she said not until list 4, but I could be wrong.  The main reason for nuts being bad for us is that they are loaded with B vitamins and vitamin E which causes pain.  I too could really add some nuts to my diet!  Snacks are so hard to come by and nuts are such a healthy, easy snack!

lack of b vites seem to be the reason I'm craving them...didn't know about b and e and pain...I'm going to try for support group on the 12th and this will be on my list of questionsthanks, flygirl
