I am just wondering if any of this is caused by Pudeneal nerve entrapment or pudeneal neuralgia, and if so, how can you tell the difference between the two? Does the neuralgia heal and the entrapment doesn't? Any thoughts are welcome.

That should have said PN or
That should have said PN or PNE at the top.
I'm kind of freaking myself
I'm kind of freaking myself out about this at the moment and wondered if any one else had any thoughts on it?
I have read that some respond to PT
I know there are pelvic pain specialists that look at this issue. There is a Dr. Weiss in San Francisco that does this. There are PTs with training in this issue. I read one post about a woman eliminating her symptoms with PT work. I read one woman using and osteopath and other methods. I read one that had a special surgery to pull an entrapped pudendal nerve out of some muscle fibers. I imagine this is not a common IC scenario but I don't know. I know tailbone pain and VD are often present when PNE or nerve root irritation is suspected.
If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
