My symptoms seem to change all the time. For the past week or so I have been experiencing pain or urgency in one side of my abdomen. It feels like its my bladder but also feels like its my bowels. I just wondered if anyone else had experienced anything like this. M mind goes crazy thinking its going to get worse.

It sounds like it might be the peyer's patches. Dr. B talks about it in her disssertation. The peyer's patches are patches on the intestines. They will hurt when you have die off. I used to have pain there every day, but slowly every month it got better and better. If you google peyer's patches under images, you will see where it is.
When the bad stuff comes out you get pain and inflammation in your intestines, bowels, and a lot of other places too.
