Does anyone know for sure where fresh Parmesan cheese falls on the lists? I don't mean the kind in a can but the fresh kind. Thanks!

a few questions

Matia said that i could have a little parmesan.  She said just don't sit down and eat a whole big slice. ( I actually would love to do that!!! ) I was just starting list 4 when i asked her about it.  I also do not have many problems with new foods being introduced.  Hope that gives you a bit of new information that applies.

Thanks, bummer. I put a tsp in my pesto recipe, now will have to freeze it. Or watch with envy as my hubby enjoys it. Grrrrrrrr.
