pregnancy food?

Hi ICAMA-

I'm 4 months pregnant, and still super nauseous.  The only way to improve the nausea is to eat every 90 minutes--which is pretty difficult volume for me.  Do you guys have any tips for List 4 type food that I can be making and taking with me places?  Or any things in general that helped?

Hi Researchnerd! And a big congratulations! My daughter, who also has IC, gave birth 6 months ago to a healthy baby girl. She was nauseated as well. She kept hard boiled eggs, cheese, cucumber slices, nuts, blueberries or apple slices with her. Yogurt helped too. It got better after awhile, but she still had to eat often. My daughter-in-law, who does not have IC, would eat even in the middle of the night or early morning to keep the nausea at bay. She liked protein and starch together. I hope this helps some!
