Hey ladies!
So how do you ladies take your probiotics...with or without food ?
I noticed if I take mine well before a meal I have more pain but if I take them close to a meal or with one I feel much better , but I'm not sure if this is allowed or if it negates the probiotic somehow .
any ideas ???
Also, I work in a fast paced place and won't be able to carefully measure out the 1/4 of a cap I need there so I have the idea of putting 1/4 a cap in an empty water bottle with the amount of water prescribed and storing it in the fridge , then just taking it at work . Do you all know if the probiotic would be still effective stored in water for an hour or so ??

Awesome information, thank you!!! I felt pretty weird about pouring my 1/4 mega tablet into water ever so carefully during a busy restaurant shift. It's obnoxious enough when I eat my List 1 food in the middle of the shift with everyone at work walking by and commenting on what I"m eating.
Do you know if the probiotics with food is to cut the pain or another reason??

It seems that it varies for the individual, I can take mine before meals or with a meal, I take mine before I eat. As for diluting in water, I have to dilute my bifido in water and leave in the fridge and take a tablespoon 2 x day and was told to discard the remaining at the end of the day, so you should be fine as long as it is kept in a fridge.
