Forums:
I am not sure if someone has the job of starting this, but I wanted to write out my questions. If you could write these down to add to the list if you do, or we can add our questions here. If you want I can be the one to take notes and copy the answers on here after we get them.
here are my questions:
Why do veges make us flare?
What do you do when all veges make you flare? Should you keep eating them to heal? Will you you be able to heal while you are flaring all day from the healthy foods?
What causes a "flare"? what is the process in the body that makes a food cause a flare?
What causes the herbs to make us flare? Is it the yeast/bacteria dieing?
Great idea!
So, I think it's a super idea for us to have our questions written out! Maybe we can even refer Matia to this post during the call and that way she can see what we've discussed?
Anyway, here are some questions I have:
If we flare from a food, how long does the flare last? I sometimes evaluate what I've eaten to determine what is causing the issue, and I don't know how far back to consider. How closely associated with the food will the flare logically be?
If you're interested in making love with your husband or partner, is there a better time of day or better time in your cycle to avoid pain?
My husband is on the "support diet" with me (some of the time, lol), but I'm worried that being on List 1 or 2 isn't nutritionally complete if you don't have IC -- should he, for example, take calcium supplements or anything else to ensure he is healthy?
How many eggs is too many? Especially with trying to include protein with every breakfast, I find I eat as many as 2 eggs a day at peak times... Is this safe/healthy?
What is the connection between joint pain or fibromyalgia and IC?
Why do most other women trying to conceive take prenatal vitamins? What is they're advantage, and why are they bad for us?
