After the support meeting, I looked up my medications on www.rxlist.com.  I knew my medications were Tylenol and Acetimeniphin (sp?) free.  What surprised me were the gastointestinal and urinary side effects of Tramadol.  Since my former uro gave me the perscription, I assumed it wasn't going to have side effects like urinary frequency.
In the past, I had read the handouts for my medications and looked them up on Wikipedia. From now on, I am using www.rxlist.com.  On a positive note, I have great motivation to stop taking it.

Thats wonderful that you got the motivation to stop taking them and you will see you will not need them as you progress :) Hang in there and do things that relax your body and mind such as watching movies listening to music affermations and warm moist compresses wherever the pain is. I make hot towels by wetting them and heating them either in a crock pot or a microwave. You can also make rice heating pads if you don't sew just use a pillow case and cut it short tie it off it will work just as well. Fill with rice and you have a heating pad that will last a very long time.
