does anyone ever use saunas, and if so do u find them helpful? ive never used one but have heard good things about them and wonder if matia thinks its ok?

I know Matia warns against swimming pools because of the chlorine. The same would be true for saunas. You would breathing a good deal of fumes with a sauna. I saw a post very recently about a bad flare from a sauna. You could use the search option to find it. Tammy
