I just got on SF and don't have burping but am feeling the biggset shift in my bladder for the first time in 11 months since starting SF! I hope it stays this way:) Probably won't but it's nice to wish. I have never experienced die off until now. Its a strong herb. I guess its better than gas coming out the other end:) haha!
