I get Berlin Bakery Sourdough Spelt at Whole Foods,

I make my own spelt bread from recipes on this site.  I also eat the Ener-G Rice Yeast free bread that is ICAMA approved. Most people hate it but I actually love it. My GI system moves too quickly and the Ener-G Rice bread slows everything down for me.

I used to buy the Berlin Bakery, but I am on list 4 now and I just buy the Trader Joe sourdough bread.

Cathy- I buy that for my family. It is delicious and cheaper. It is wheat though

yeah- I just meant for other people to know it is made with wheat not spelt. Good bread though for only about 3.00. I use it for sandwiches for the kids/husband a few times a week

o Bakery is the absolute best!!! I've been off all grains for 2 months but I miss it so much! They sell it at my COOP. What & whole wheat. gosh is miss it.

Do you know if any other market in LA area that may carry this bread? Shipping is very expensive from east coast, but this is such a treat. I'll try to Berlin Bakery too...i wasn't sure if we can eat sourdough...what list is this? doesn't it have sugar or yeast?

Selichan- O bakery Spelt bread is also a "sourdough"  I emailed them to clarify
