Is spelt pasta ok during List 1?

Does anyone know if spelt PASTA is ok during List 1?  The one I got (VitaSpelt) says under ingredients "organic whole spelt (wheat) flour and water."

I used to tolerate it when i could eat spelt. I would think if you can eat spelt it should be fine Just as long as you don't over do it. I get a pasta ring for measuring portions. They sell the Viva in noodles too.  I think I over did it with the spelt I hope to tolerate it again. I wonder why that happened.

... because I asked Matia and she said spelt pasta with those ingredients is ok.  (Could've meant ok just for me, since our treatments & bodies are all different, but wanted to pass this along if it's helpful to anyone else.)
