I was wondering when you are starting a new herb, how much do you order? I'm not sure whether to order just one bottle or two/three? As it's completely new, i may or may not tolerate it but then I don't want to keep having to order as shipping to UK costs a bomb!
should I ask Boaz to get an idea?

That is a hard decision because of shipping costs, I would say order a few especially if ordering form ICAMA site,because even if for some reason you won't tolerate it now and he takes you off it you may go back on it later.

Those are ones that they tell you to keep in stock in case of an infection also, so I would grt a few as if you don't end up staying on them now you may need them in the future

Just a different angle, I have been in treatment almost 2 years and NEVER used them :) BUT I DO have them in my cabinet as I have been told they are very important

Definitely order multiples of ear and gml. When you do need them, there will be no time to waste. You'll be glad you had them in stock. They are used for cleansing, but also used for other acute sicknesses (infections etc).
I have been on both of these
I have been on both of these since early in my treatment and I am going into month 9. I would ask Boaz about it. In the beginning, I didn't and I kept getting dinged with shipping fees as Boaz kept increasing the dosage. When I asked, he advised I would be on it awhile and to stock up. Each time I am about to do an order, I make a point of asking him what the treatment plan is so that I can fill up the shipping bag as much as possible. (It seems, the shipping in America goes by bag not weight). I live in Canada but have my stuff shipped across the border in the US and then go down to pick it up. It is way cheaper that way. It is too bad you don't have that option.
One more thing, regarding the
One more thing, regarding the ear and gml. I started at 1/2 a cap per dose and am now up to 3 per dose so I am going through the bottles way quicker now and hence I'm glad I bought a bunch in one order. So it is really worth the discussion with Boaz about how he sees the treatment path. Also, my husband and kids all took them when they had the flu last Spring and they seemed to help. Taxes and duties shipping to Canada is bad, I can only imagine how terrible those costs are when shipping to the UK. Regarding herbs not made by Bomamed, I make a big effort to track those down within Canada so as to save the shipping costs. I have passed any of those by Boaz if they are a different brand. Also, another reason to stock up is to avoid running out. I did and started to panic about it. Best to avoid that anxiety!

Ejh, i talked to Boaz and then ordered accordingly..good idea! I'm still getting used to taking all different herbs and amounts that i've had to create a spreadsheet haha! hopefully that will cut the anxiety out around the ordering...i am prone to all sorts of worrying!
