Telephones at the office?

Dear all,

I've nebeen trying to phone up to make an appt.. but the system won't allow me to select the '2' option. Has anyone else had this problem?

I just got through - but you're right - the first time I tried option 2 it didn't allow me to do it - then I tried again and got through.

Thanks Denise. I just tried again and got though on th second go - Lynn said that they've been having problems.
