when will they call back

I called twice to make my first appointment and have already filled out the patient evaluation online. It's been more than 2 weeks and they have not called me back. How long does it normally take for them to call back. Should I keep calling? any advice?

Hello,
I would keep on calling until they call you.  Once you get that initial appt it really goes smoothly.  However, I've heard that it can be difficult in the beginning.

I would keep calling....sometimes I have trouble getting a hold of them too and I'm an established patient.  I think their office is really busy.

Hi Calieve, You could try calling back and rather than leaving a message, press option 2 for the front desk. Ask to speak to Raquel or Lynn and tell them you would like to make an appt. Good Luck! Lisa
