My husband just pointed out to me that our olive oil (non-EVOO), actually contains EVOO in the ingredients list! It's the Trader Joe variety.
I haven't been feeling great for a while, and I'm beginning to wonder if it's b/c I've been using this for months!
Which brand do you guys use? And do you know if there's a difference between Olive Oil and Extra Light olive oil? might the "extra light" be better?
EVOO is too strong for a lot
EVOO is too strong for a lot of us. Labels are tricky, I came across this yesterday at the store when I picked up a brand that said "mild olive oil", I thought surely it would be just olive oil but it had extra virgin in it. I just use the Kroger brand 100% pure olive oil and have had no issues.
