Just found out that if you order a case of pacific bakery breads from wholefoods, you get 10% off. A case is 6 loafs, which you can double bag and freeze until you use them.

Hello - are these yeast free?  I haven't really added much bread back in - when I do I know it's not the type that I should be eating.  So, info please on this bread?

Hi Denise,
Pacific Bakery breads are yeast and sugar free, spelt and kamut breads. For me the best ones are the Spelt White and Kamut White. You can also go to their website and order from them. They are a bakery where yeast is not used in any product, unlike other bakeries where yeast is used for some of their products and can pass on to them.
