congested tired head

I've read that alot of people suffer with the vertigo, tinnitus and sinus headaches that I also can't seem to evade.  The headaches are rare but the congested head and wierd dehydrated brain feeling (can't think of a better description) are plagueing me everyday at the moment and make me feel as if I have a head cold with the same level of exhaustion. The mucous continually runs down the back of my throat and it's possibly this, that also blocks my ears and causes the tinnitus.  I also have terribly bloodshot eyes although at least the painful dryness seems to have wained a little.

Can anyone shed any light on these happenings?  It's as though the flu I had nearly 2 years ago is still in my system or maybe it's die-off (as everything seems to be)  or maybe it's the herbs themselves drying the membranes out thus causing more mucous to be produced..?  Questions questions..

I have what you are describing.  Part of the problem with sinus drainage, at least for me, is where I live.  The area is noted for sinus/allergy problems.  A majority of people suffer with chronic sinus drainage down the back of their throat.  I have found that the probiotics seem to promote worse sinus drainage.  Also, if you are taking any of the SF722's, they seem to tighten my head up and create a lot of pressure and slight dizziness.  Some of the herbs can have similar effects, which are probably caused by toxins from die off's.  It is awful to put up with, so I know how you feel.  It doesn't help that the season is changing into fall and there are more pollens and molds than in the summer months.  I live in the northeast, and everyone's sinuses are bad right now.  It just adds to the problem. Sorry you are suffering.

It's easier to handle the symptoms when you know the reason for them but there's always so many questions with this darned disease.  Interesting what you said about the probiotics and herbs, I also find when I'm taking them regularly it seems to worsen but at the same time I like the idea of the release of toxins.
Be nice to see an end to it though!

Not sure it has an end to it.  Round and round we go.
