Hi! About a year ago I had an allergy sensitivity panel done and came up testing positive (with a range of severity) to about 24 different foods. The first panel I ever had done was 10 years ago and I only had issues with 7 foods. (which completely supports Dr.B's theory that this disease largely has to do with the gut) The Igg tests were right on the money in terms of what causes me flares. The Igg panel is well worth the money.
Anyway, I underwent 15 NAET treatments last year before I began this program. Generally speaking... they were innocuous. They did not help my sensitivities, but they did not hurt anything either. (except my pocketbook. ... they were $115 per session. They may help you, but in my experience... they were not helpful or hurtful.
Hope this helps,
Katie
NAET
I gave NAET a 7 month try and I did not notice it helped at all. I have a dairy allergy and several sensativities and it didn't work for me. Sorry!
don't waste your money
I gave it a go as well and it was useless... blame it to Catherine M. Simone book.
I am reading second K. Simon
I almost gave NAET a try. My concern was that I don't have known allergies, not after Western allergy testing.
I am reading second K. Simon book as we speak. I thought there were some good thoughts in book #1.
I wouldn't think the book made as far as UK, but yeah, we live in a global world. Btw, UK has been pretty quiet on this forum lately. :) I guess everyone is working. I head from British expats here that you are workaholics. :)

Haha Blondy, you made me laugh. Well let's say that here in LDN people really have busy lifes yes, I guess the same happens in NY. I'm from Barcelona originally and I definitely can tell you life is diferent and easier there... :) The books from C. Simon are ok, but I haven't been able to properly understand IC since I didn't find ICAMA. She talks about relevant issues, but it could be confusing too. Is good to read the most you can about natural treatments for IC, but I can tell you that with Matia I finally have peace of min. I've been driving nuts doing: alkaline diet, low potassium diet, low oxalates diet, low histamines diet, self treatment with supplements, herbs ... Omg... Honestly thanks god I don't have to self treat anymore. I was doing totally the wrong things and I couldn't understand why I was worse!!
