We can only get a letter regarding water  from Dr Brizman for the return trip as you have to be a patient to have a letter issued to you. I'm sure I should be able to manage with the selection of water at airport tho.  I hope!

You shouldn't have a problem purchasing water at the airport.  I found Fiji water.

Also, I don't know what airline you are flying,but American Airlines serves crystal geyser spring water on all their flights! Maybe, helpful for future travel.
