I'm looking for a relatively inexpensive face cream for moisturisation and as a base for makeup.  My skin is so sensitive on my face that I've developed red broken veins - I imagine from chemicals and heat.

I found this one, can anyone tell me if the ingredients are safe please?

Aqua, Aloe Vera Gel, Korean Ginseng, Potenised® Calendula extract, Vegetable Glycerine, Sunflower wax, Rose petal fragrance.

I would buy the bomamed stuff but can't afford the shipping costs..

ask Matia about it before putting it on your skin. I know for a fact that Aloe vera Gel is extremely bad news as when you have IC. It can cause a lot of pain. And it being the second ingredient seems like a big no to me. But ask Matia.
Hope you find something that works for you. I know the shipping is expensive. I use just plain organic olive oil on my face when really dry. I bet it would work much better then that cream.

I use olive oil or jojoba oil--plain.

Thanks peeps.  Yes I have jojobo oil & olive oil and find them very good - it was just a base for makeup that I was after.  I find it I use foundation without a cream base on first, I get very spotty.

I have considered making my own face creams but not sure I can be bothered!

I used Squalene Oil in the past. It is much richer yet lighter than any plant oil. It is made of shark liver oil, not sure what people may think of it.
