After a blood check-up my doctor urged me to take vitamin B12 as I am severly deficient. I first took pills but owing to IC flare decided to use injections, once a month. Can those injections cause a flare or aggravate my flare?
I also am taking for years now vitamin E, again the question is should I continue with it (I have twichy legs at night)? I tried magnesium but it aggravated my flare.
The diet Dr. Bizman suggests it totally without dairy how do I get my vitamin C and calcium?

which country do you live in? I´m from Germany and I started treatment with Dr. Brizman a little less than 2 months ago. I´m already so much better. I´m out of pain and my life is getting back to normal again. I don´t think I could have made this without the help of Dr. B.
