support group meeting

Can someone tell me how I get on the support group meeting call and how long the call usually lasts?

It is at 4pm pst time and it goes for about 3 hrs those who like to stay on and chat after do for as long as you like. YOu email Matia for the number and the room number. When you call on your phone they ask you for the room you just enter it. The meeting is like a q and A type meeting and most people learn a lot from it. I usually plan my meal a head of time since it is during dinner time for me so that it's ready a head of time.

The support group is on the first Saturday of the month.  Call BoMa Med and get the number from Lyn or Raquel.  Does anyone know if it is the same number and extension every month?
