I'm not so sure sunflower oil is okay.  You had better check with Matia.

I also don't think sunflower oil is ok, but I guess if you try it and are okay then maybe it will be fine.  Also, you can find raw cashew nuts and roast them yourself if you don't like them raw.  You can put butter and salt or whatever seasoning and roast it.  I think raw nuts taste great but roasting them with salt add more flavor and taste wonderful! 

Are there any potatoe chips that you know of that we can eat?  I have been eating Kettle brand and the ingredients are potatoes, safflower and or sunflower oil, salt.  They are the simplest thing I can find in Indiana.  Does anyone make their own chips?
