My grandma used to love lamb and roasted it like beef or chicken.  She also bought it ground and made lamb patties like hamburgers.  You could mix it with bread crumbs and egg if you want to stretch it.  She served it with mint jelly you can just eat it plain.  Lamb is expensive tho so I do not buy it anymore. 

I get ground lamb from WF--5.99 a pound!  I saute it in olive oil with onion .  Sometimes I make Mark Bittman's tortillas to go with the lamb/onion and then top it off with feta and fresh spinach!

We grill or broil lamb.  I bought leg of lamb for $5.99 at Sprouts. I like it cut like a steak for easy preparation.
