Happy and Hopefully Healthy New Year to all!  I had a question about wheat flour.  I am on list two and was using it to make dough (not alot but idk maybe more than I should b?)  Did anyone on list two have problems with it?  I've been flaring for about two weeks and can't seem to figure out why.  Anyone know how much we are allowed to use?  Thanks :)

Wheat always causes a flare for me, in the past and now that I am on list 2.  I tried some recently and it bloated me and caused a flare.  Although, I am not handeling any of the flours at this point.  I am also only in treatment a little over 2 months.

We are only suposed to be eating familys of wheat just FYI because Wheat flour is down further on the list.
Spelt and kamut are in the gluten wheat family. I personally wouldn't eat them even if I could tollerate just because the way Wheat breaks down so quickly into sugar and is so hard on our intestines I could never figure out why it is on the list at all.

Aha! Thank you ladies.  I thought a little would be ok as limited amounts of wheat pasta were allowed and wheat flour was the main ingredient.  Thank you both so much!  I will be sure to take a look at old blogs too, and that link was really interesting!Jess
