that spelt noodles are on list 2 for sure, as long as you tolerate them... and the ingredients are what we can have, of course. It would be really nice if Matia would take a little time to expand the food list for everyone. Because there are things on list one and two, that people could be having. I know everyone is different, but it would help to broaden the list of things you could try on each list.Kelsey
