Questions For List 3 People

I am deedling around on list 3. Can eat greek yogurt but not regular yogurt or goat, grapefruit and blackberry still not ok, not sure about milk baked in things yet. Tomatoes are finally ok! What mild spices are people eating? How did you do adding in quinoa and beans? How quickly did it go for you?

Congrats on moving on to List 3! Tomatoes will make all your home cooking much tastier now :) Did Matia say to prefer greek yogurt over plain yogurt? I usually just get plain organic yogurt, and not especially greek yogurt, if it doesn't specify it's organic. Maybe should ask Matia about this next time. I was ok with Quinoa and beans when i added them, but also much later in List 3. Matia said to substitute beans for carbs by the way not as veggies! I am either too afraid or lazy to try new things. I haven't had the guts to try coffee yet. I wish i was more proactive in trying new things, i get stuck in my routine a lot, and let myself miss out on all the fun things. As for mild spices, she mentioned mediterranean spices like oregano, thyme etc.
