dryness

Hello ladies, I have a question re vag dryness. At appointments I get asked if i feel dry or not and honestly....i have no idea?!! How can you tell just like that? Sorry for such a personal question, I just am confused.

For me I have an occasional day where it would feel uncomfortable to walk around--I would notice a little bit of friction in the area as I moved. Also, of course if you were having intercourse and things did not feel good vaginally that would be another sign. I rarely have dryness? I think you would know if you did

If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.

One of the ways that I can tell is when I'm washing in the shower.  If it is slippery down there, I'm good.  If there is some friction and I don't have that slippery feeling, I'm dry.  Hope this helps. :)

Thank you Mimi and Rachel Ann :) i'll have to become more aware to pick up on these things. Kind of makes me realise how much we take for granted!
