Is blurry vision die off? I have always had great eyes but I woke up this morning with slightly blurred vision.

Sometimes I think die off is
Sometimes I think die off is an overused term. Maybe tho! I have had some blurry vision here and there too. I wonder if it is related to the liver or the sluggish, backed-up lymph that we have. RED eyes are def. related to the liver and my eyes are very red lately when I wake up and then they clear up
If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
