I apologize, but, I won't be able to make up this month's meeting. We will have to wait until next month. The availability of times of the conference room and my schedule are not in sync. My schedule is particularly tight these next few weeks.
I promise there will not be any mistakes like this in the future!
As I said, I am so very sorry there was a huge scheduling mistake on Saturday. A new patient walked in last minute, and I did not have the heart to turn her away.I am going to try and set the make-up meeting for this coming Friday. If this cannot happen, we may have to skip this month and wait until next month.
I will make sure this does not happen again. I truly apologize. I look forward to these meetings as much as each of you and I realize how important they are.
Having the foresight to anticipate this never occurred to me, but I will make sure to check for these mistakes in the future to prevent them from happening in advance.
