So, I've noticed that I have these new what I call ghosts in my pee lately.  Maybe it's yeast or something?  They are these sort of ethereal floaty clear or white things.  It's not all the time, but I spot them regularly.  Matia always asks the "is your urine clear or cloudy?" question, and while I would still say clear, I'd say there is a mix of sun and clouds.  Anybody have these floaty ghosts?  What are they? 

Of course I worry that it's a step back, but I have been off my bladder protocol for a month and on this crazy strep throat protocol, taking so many herbs every day.  Just got to go back to the old routine, so maybe that has something to do with it.  Just curious if anyone else has experience with this.
