Hi Ladies-
This is a delish treat I've been having and I wanted to share. I am unclear of which list it would be on--but I've been cleared for both items (oddly I am uncleared for list 3 or fruit).
I take 8 oz of raw milk
1/4-1/2 tsp of raw cocoa (UNSWEETENED)
and blend it in a blender
This is such a nice treat--and I havent eaten fruit in so long,that it is actually sweet.

so good, and I have been cleared for these two foods, too. Thank you so much for sharing, Researchnerd. I am having trouble finding raw milk in my area, it's been pulled from all the shelves. I tried organic milk in its place, but I had a terrific reaction to it and have been in pain for the past three days since attempting it on Monday. I talked to Dr. B about it on my appointment this week, and she said that the two milks are completely different, so I really have to stick with the raw, in my case. I hope to find raw milk again soon, because I will definitely try your treat. I bet it would be good hot, too!

Yummm that looks sooo good!!!
I know my Husband would love it... His family is from Mexico, and they have a drink called a "chocomil" which is just raw milk, chocolate, and sugar blended. Well now I can make this more healthy version for him, and later when I get to that list I can enjoy it too.
