Approaching List 3 questions

Dr. B says I may be close to ready to try some List 3 veggies. I was on List 3 to start but I overdid it and got put back on List 2. I never did List 3 right in the first place. I just ate everything on it and a few other goodies as well. How did people approach List 3? Not to complain but none of the veggies look that compelling except tomato and onion.  Also, what brands of black tea are working for people?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Bonnie,
I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm on list 3 now and each time I switched lists I've noticed that I need to move really slowly.  Not only could my body not really take more than one new food a day, but I also could only handle small amounts of that food. For example, at first I could only really take a small amount of provalone or mozerella cheese, or else I'd feel really lousy and bloated.  Now I've slowly made my way up to larger amounts and different types of mild hard cheese.  I'd suggest really taking it easy with new foods, limiting your self to small amounts of only one type of new food per day until you system acclimatizes.
In terms of tea, I've never had luck, for some reason. No matter what brand of black tea I try, I still end up with a little pain until it passes through me. Surprisingly, I do better on coffee, which doesn't seem to bother me at all.

I started on list 2 and when I moved to list 3 I began with the veggies and they were all fine. I tried plain yogurt and cashew spread and my bladder went crazy so Dr B told me to leave those out for a while.
I tried yogurt again a month later when I felt I was moving along with my healing and I was fine.
So in my experience, the vegies are the safest, dairy next step and then nuts last :)
