Since starting treatment I've been eating the exact same breakfast every morning - eggs, rice crackers and cucumbers.
It's finally starting to get boring (after 4 months!) so I'm curious to see what everyone else eats for breakfast? (I'm on list 3)

If you are on list 3, there are more choices to cook with. I dont know if you tolerate these ingredients, but here is a list of stuff i prepare to make it more exciting.
French toast: crack an egg, stir it, put a slice of bread in, turn both sides and cook in melted butter. I add a bit of salt.
I bake my thinly sliced potatoes in oven and if there are any leftovers, i save it for my omelette the next day: melt butter in a pan, put the potatoe slices in the pan, pour mixed eggs on top, little salt. Turn it once like a pancake to make sure both sides cooked. Yummie.
Or a tomatoe omelette. I cut half a tomatoe in cubes. Stir with butter and salt, then add eggs, add a bit more salt. This tastes good. You can make the same with broccoli, cauliflower, zuchini as well.
Tomotoe/ cheese panini: Thin slice of tomatoe, provolone cheese in Your bread of choice. Put in a panini maker. Love this.
You may have to add more veggies on the side while having any of these to balance the carb/ veggie/ protein.
Oh also, i mash berries, this one works great with rasberries, in yogurt and use it as topping if i make pancakes. It kinda replaces the jam :) hope these were some inspiration.

Most mornings I have 3 eggs over easy on skillet potatoes. It's so good that's what I crave every morning.
I peel one russet potato, cut it up into little cubes, add some butter to a skillet, throw the potatoes in, season with salt, garlic powder, cook for 10 minutes, until potatoes are browned, then a sprinkle parsley powder over that, then serve it on a plate... Then I add more butter to my skillet and cook 3 eggs over easy, then put them over the potatoes.....You can also cook up some green peppers on the side, or add some avocado to it. It's a favorite in my house... Everyone loves my breakfast.
Some mornings when I was really rushed, I would toast 2 pieces of spelt bread, then cook 2 eggs over medium, then put it on top of my toast with some cheese, avocado, and green peppers on top... It was a little breakfast sandwich.
You can also do a fritatta. This post is from flygirlsam:
Frittata--Preheat oven to 375.Saute or steam a whole pile of veggies (chopped small)-can do this step ahead or make extra veggies if you do a stir fry or something the night before. I use red pepper, onion, broccoli, cabbage, kale or spinach, zucchini.While they sauté, whisk 6-8 eggs (depending on size) in a mixing bowl with salt and some dill.Transfer cooked veggies to the egg bowl and quickly mix (you don't want eggs to cook yet)....then quickly pour entire mixture back into the skillet you used to sauté veggies.Let the eggs sit on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Pull at the sides with a spatula to let some egg from the middle spill to outer edges as you tilt the pan. After about 8 minutes, transfer the entire skillet to the oven. Set a timer for 10 minutes. Take frittata out of oven and let it cool slightly in the pan for 15 minutes. Then, slide it out of pan, onto a cutting board and chop into 5 or 6 portions for your breakfast or snack. FYI-I sometimes add Applegate Farms turkey bacon to the mixture for some extra flavor if I have some on hand.
