Mine is more of a feeling in my head, just like I'm stuck underwater, but obviously definitely affects the hearing. But usually when my whole head is clogged to I call it fish bowl head.

Thanks cprince. I'm trying to judge if mine is actual fish bowl head or just hearing differences due to getting tubes (the ent said its just hearing differences, but it sounds like fish bowl head so idk.) It started the second I got them so it's so hard to tell what is what.. It's good to know how others judge theirs!
To those asking what it is, fish bowl head is a feeling like your head is in a fish bowl.. like a head filled with fluid. It's typically a really strong die off symptom, sometimes accompanied with Doug brain. Although I don't have fog brain right now with this feeling.
