Does anyone know if Dr B is checking her email this week? She changed my protocol on Friday & I have been in excruciating pain. I stopped the cod but it isnt helping. I am so frustrated & afraid. how could I still be in this much pain this often after 10 months of treatment. I just dont know where to go from here.

Amy,

If you are in high pain, email Dr. B.  Lynn told me that she is taking emails for those in pain this week, even on vacation.  She said to email by 8:00 am California time because that's when they will be checking.  They will send the email through to Dr. B and she will reply within 24 hours.

I am so sorry you are in so much pain.  I had high pain for quite a while until things finally calmed down for me, so you are not alone.  It will be okay.  The last time I had sustained high pain was this past December and January, and Dr. B concluded that it was a healing crisis my body had to go through.  She was right.  After that, I turned a corner.  Most of the time though, all it takes to get relief is a dose change.

Things that help me with pain are drinking lots of warm water, using a hot water bottle on my abdomen, and resting whenever possible.  Also, make sure it wasn't something you ate or touched.

Feel free to email me if it would help.   Hang in there!

Sending you prayers and healing and strength. I talked to someone who was housebound for 2 years and now they are living a beyond healthy normal life and it is all a memory.

Sorry to hear about your pain. My impression about my progress is effected by my mood. When I feel good and in good mood, I feel like life is good. When I am not feeling well or in bad mood, it seems like my efforts are not worth the investment. In a long run, I would rather stay with on this plan because I see signs of progress, large and small. What other options do we have? Some people don't see progress until 6, 12, or 24 months into treatment. Again, I am sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. Pray that you start improving soon.

Amy, thinking of you. Please keep us posted!

If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
