Well, let me try that again. Anyone that has had a colonoscopy had nausea for days afterward? My stomach is so raw and stabby, have the incomplete feeling after BM with a little blood, but as far as I know didn't take any biopsies, nausea and bloating. Wishing this feeling would go away. Feeling so blah and tired. I try to eat and get epigastric burning. Thanks for listening.
My stepdad had a colonoscopy about a month ago and had this happen to him. (He doesn't have IC). It was very painful but got better in about a week. He ended up in the ER but they said it was just gas and air that got into his colon during the procedure.
Sorry you're dealing with this! I hope it ends for you soon.
Thanks Claire! Glad to know this is "normal" I suppose to have to deal with some discomfort. I am just worried because going out of town this week and hoping to be feeling better by then.
