I just wanted to give a little update on my progress and offer some encouragement to those early on in treatment.

I've been in treatment for 1 year and 7 months and have had almost 1 whole month now with basically NO SYMPTOMS!

No pressure, no urgency, no bladder awareness at all. I will pee, leave the bathroom and get on with my day with absolutely no discomfort. I'm mind blown! Although I never wanted to admit it, there was a always a part of me that thought this moment would never come. I thought I would be the exception that just can't get better because my body is just not strong enough. But it looks like your body CAN and WILL heal, whether or not you believe it.

I know I still have a while to go as I've only just increased from 1/8 to 1/4 bifido twice a day... And I'm sure I'll have relapses, but I can finally see that this is well and truely working! I'm so so happy!

For anyone struggling - please stick in there. Stay strong, push through the die off, stick to the diet... you will see results!
