Do you of you struggle with Insomnia? If so, how long did it take for this to improve? I know its related to hormones because I'm having hot flashes day and night. 56 years old and havent gone through Menopause yet.

I was really bad even before
I was really bad even before I started treatment, I would lay awake and toss and turn all night. Things have improved though. I still get up to go to the bathroom 1-3 times a night, but I also wake up for no reason and sometimes fall right back asleep and other times still have difficulty especially when I have something on my mind. I had to take sleeping pills before treatment but gave them up the day I started, though it took a long time for me to start being able to fall asleep faster, I think the fact that I don't really call my bladder discomfort pain anymore it is just more of a constant awareness. I believe I am going through menopause as I often wake up sweating also.
I fall asleep but then wake
I fall asleep but then wake up after 3 hours completely wide awake for hours. Sometimes I don't go back to sleep at all. I'm not having anxiety right now thank God but definitely night sweats. Could be I'm going through Menopause because the hot flashes have greatly increased. Boaz said my hormones will level off eventually but I just wondered how long before anybody saw some improvement. We are all so different but it helps to know there has been improvement :)
Patty almost 2 years in
Patty almost 2 years in treatment and still get insomnia on and off as a dieoff imbalance symptom....it's awful :( hang in there!
I leave a hypnotherapy
I leave a hypnotherapy recording for insomnia and if I'm struggling to get to sleep I just hit play and it normally relaxes me enough to send me to sleep before the end of the recording.
