What do you eat for breakfast (and what list)

Would love some breakfast ideas. Also I need quick ones. I am pretty good at quick, but love to hear other people's ideas

Mimi I make the quiche alot. I cut it up into slices and freeze and take a slice out to thaw in the fridge the night before. I put a little butter on topbefore heating and its great.  I also like the Bob's hot rice cereal. With butter it tastes like southern grits only better. List one still :)

I am not really very creative at breakfast as always in a hurry, I just have either a spinach omlete or eggs on sourdough toast with some carrots. If I cant be bothered to cook I will just grab some rice cakes with goat cheese and carrots

I often eat fried eggs with some fried potatoes and a lot of raw veggies that I cut up. Or a salad with fried chicken and beans. I always have a large portion of either boiled potatoes or white beans in the fridge which I use to prepare my meals quickly. But you are carb-free at the moment, right?

Hi Annika!
No I just don't eat carbs at night at all. I eat carbs wit breakfast, small amount of carbs with lunch but none for dinner. I always now have eggs or eggs and turkey baconand I have spelt muffins or pankakes or rice bread. I wish I liked potatoes with breakfast but I do eat those when I eat breakfast out. I also have small amount of sweet potato sometimes. My favorite breakfast was greek yogurt with almond butter drizzled on top with blueberries YUM but I have cut out yogurt for now. And I am not sure if I am tolerating almonds. Sigh.

It´s interesting that you prefer sweet stuff in the morning. I hardly crave fruits. Especially in the morning I need eggs or meat. You think it has to do with yeast?

Honestly I wished you could find a way to get more free time in your life. Reading this breaks my heart as I know how important it is to relax and enjoy meals.

When I'm in a hurry, I make a breakfast taco- scrambled eggs and spinach in a store bought organic tortilla. Or just eggs and creamy rice. And cut up a cucumber or a handful of small tomatoes. Sometimes I'll have a leftover piece of quiche if i have one made.
