Feel free to add your own!
1. Always have bags of frozen veggies- i particularly use broccoli and broccoli rabe and kale. You will be more likely to throw some of them in with eggs, meat etc if you have it around. Less waste I find.
2. Buy lots of extra pairs of gloves to wear while doing dishes or cleaning- mine get holes easily and it is important not to let stuff touch your hands. Also keep a large box of disposable gloves for putting sunblock on your kids etc.
3. Buy extra herbs as soon as you open a new bottle or before- better to have them than to pay overnight shipping or run out!
4, Pay overnight shipping if you have to go and let it go... we all forget to order in time sometimes.
5. Don't go out hungry or you will feel more left out when someone else gets an ice cream cone, beer, pizza, whatever
6. Keep a heating pad plugged in next to your bed for the nights when you can't sleep due to pain. It is annoying to have to look for an extension cord or something when you are tired and feeling bad.
7. Always bring spring water with you whenever you leave the house.
8. Buy grass fed gound beef in bulk and keep it in your freezer
9. Hot rollers are great for making hair look pretty without products (at least it works for me)
10. When you can have sparkling water- serve it in a lovely wine glass. I also put my yogurt in a pretty ice cream dish.
These are just a few- I will keep adding to this thread when I think of things that have made this easier for me!

Thank you deir. How long have you been in treatment?
Thank you Deir. I always have
Thank you Deir. I always have soups, quiche, pizza muffins, bread frozen. If I'm tired and don't feel like cooking I just pull something out and thaw and heat. My soups I throw in all my left over veggies. If they have butter or seasonings it just gives the soup more flavor. I carry my lunchbox when eating out so I have my water, oil, salt. Sometimes I bring meat to add to a salad and a muffin, etc. great thread Deir :)
Thanks for the great
Thanks for the great information Deir!
Deir,
Deir,
It never occurred to me to use gloves when slavering sun cream onto kids - and I should know better by now. Please keep the tips coming, everybody. Fantastic idea.

buy a set of glass pyrex storage dishes for leftovers. This good food is expensive- it is a shame to waste.
also- small mason jars or really all mason jars are great to have around!
