Hey- how are you? I hope you are feeling a little better. I didn't answer this because it varies so much with me. A really bad flare usually only lasts hours with me. That doesn't mean I feel great all the other time (or even good) but just what I call a flare is not that long. I usually feel a lot better the next day but it could start up again midmorning. I have periods of feeling much much better and some actually great. I have always been like this- very up and down and unpredictable! Certainly you are not alone though and it won't always be like it is now for you. Hope you find relief soon and in the meantime- take extra care of yourself and be gentle.

I am thankful I am not in a tremedous amoutn of pain just extremely uncomfortable. I am having an appointment with boaz this afternoon and I am truely hopefully that I will pull out of this soon. My mental state is a little better today but that is such a hard part.

I wanted to pass along an update. Today is the first day since Sunday that i feel like a functioning member of society. I am thankful that Boaz has been in constant contact with me daily. He told me that most of his patients have bumps at this stage in treament (2-3 months in) . I am on a protocol that feels good and hoping my body chooses to like this protocol for more than a week.
