Let him know if it continues bc there might be a protocol tweak he can do. I def. started waking up at night when the SF was increased. But for me I went from zero times to 1 time per night. Now after more than 4 moths on SF it has gotten better. I still wake up once but lately have not gotten out of bed to pee. Sometimes the body adjusts, and sometimes you need a protocol change.

I am not on that herb but there was a time that I was up every 45 mins to an hour all night long, that went on for many months now I am up approx 2 times, sometimes only once. Just keep in contact with DR B.
